WEST SEATTLE WEEKEND SCENE: Demonstrators urge early voting
Though local advocates had suggested they planned to focus on bigger off-peninsula gatherings today, we just found demonstrations along California Avenue SW. The biggest is in The Junction, at multiple corners of Walk-All-Ways, with many of the sign-holders encouraging early voting, as advocates have been advising. We also saw a lone protester at California/Fauntleroy, and two close to our HQ, holding signs by the “Do Not Enter” barricade at California/Thistle.
